These terms govern your use of finestdietitian.com and any consultation, booking, or digital content offered by Fredericka Doku, trading as Finest Dietitian, under HALE 'N' HEARTY VENTURES (Reg. BN573232020), Ghana. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.
2. Nutrition guidance is not emergency care
Consultations, guides, recipes, and tools on this site (including the BMI Calculator) provide general nutrition information and personalised dietetic guidance. They are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a physician, and are not appropriate for a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact a hospital or emergency service directly. Always tell your doctor about any dietary changes you make alongside other medical treatment.
3. The BMI Calculator
The BMI Calculator uses the standard height-and-weight formula to return a Body Mass Index figure. It cannot measure body composition, and a result outside the "healthy" range is not a diagnosis. All calculations happen in your own browser — no height or weight you enter is transmitted to or stored by us.
4. Bookings, payment, and cancellations
Where booking and online payment are available on this site, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (currently Paystack) under their own terms; we do not store your card details. Specific cancellation, rescheduling, and refund windows will be confirmed to you at the time of booking or on your booking confirmation, and may vary by service type (general consultation, condition-specific consultation, or therapy and speaking engagements, which are booked before pricing is confirmed).
5. The Whisper Method® and other content
The Whisper Method®, the recipes, guides, and written or recorded content on this site are the property of Fredericka Doku / HALE 'N' HEARTY VENTURES unless otherwise credited. You may read, share a link to, or quote this content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Reproducing it in full, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted.
6. The free PCOS guide and email list
Submitting your email address for the free PCOS guide or any other download means you consent to receive that resource and occasional related nutrition notes by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Fredericka Doku and HALE 'N' HEARTY VENTURES are not liable for outcomes resulting from the independent use of general content on this site (recipes, guides, the BMI Calculator) without an individual consultation. Advice given within a paid, individual consultation is governed separately by the professional standards of her practice.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
